RIEL Tops the Developer Ranking in Lviv by the Ministry of Finance

The ranking is based on a key indicator — the total floor area of apartments commissioned in 2024, where RIEL proudly secured the No. 1 position.

Over the past year, we received 12 commissioning certificates and completed 15 residential buildings with a total area of nearly 73,000 square meters — that’s 1,244 apartments.

Our largest projects in Lviv include America, Shengen, and Mistechko Pidzamche. But we’re not stopping there — more than 50 buildings are currently under construction, reaffirming that RIEL continues to lead the market and set the pace for the city’s development.
